ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Charges for falsification of public documents were filed recently against a man and his two other colleagues for allegedly using fake documents in seeking financial assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Capiz Extension office on San Roque Extensions here.
The case was filed against Cindy Fuentes, 32, and resident of Barangay San Jose here before the Roxas City Prosecutors Office.
Aside from Fuentes, also charged were Janice Paraiso and Roberto Morales, both of Barangay Tanque here.
PMSg Ronie Recto, Roxas City Police Station investigator, said a DSWD-Capiz Social Welfare Officer discovered the fake documents.
Fuentes is presently under the custody of the Roxas City PNP while his two other colleagues are at large.
