THIS year’s Manggahan Festival in the Province of Guimaras was a resounding success what with thousands of local and foreign tourists joining the festivity.
Highlighting the celebration was the glittering 2019 Mutya ng Guimaras pageant.
Winning the much-coveted Mutya ng Guimaras 2019 crown was the sultry stunner, Elisha Lorraine Abella, of Municipality of Jordan. Coming close is 1st runner-up Jannah Glycel Gerladine Poncy, of Nueva Valencia and 2nd runner-up Mutya ng San Lorenzo Irynne

Leading the stellar beauty pageant Board of Judges was the charming Courtyard by Marriott-Iloilo General Manager Cleofe Albiso, along with celebrities Ruby Rodriguez and Manly Ocampo who serenaded the lovely candidates.
Completing the board of judges was famed fashion designer PJ Arañador, internationally renowned photographer Manny Librodo, and former beauty queens Angela Aninag and Cara Sullano -Del Carmen.
Gracing the affair were Guimaras lone district Rep. Ma. Lucille Nava and Governor Samuel T. Gumarin together with other provincial and municipal officials.
The Mutya ng Guimaras is presented by the Office of Provincial Tourism and Provincial Government of Guimaras and was successfully staged by Travel and Marketing Experts Corp. (TMX) creative team.
