The Ruby edition of the MassKara Festival peaked Wednesday night at the Ayala Capitol Central Mall Activity center into a star studded glittering pageant and coronation night.
Clinching the crown was Tuquero, a Magna Cum Laude graduate of BS Tourism Management from La Consolacion College.
The first runner-up was Chaira Victoria Montilla Juarez and 2nd runner-up was Vina Marie Soriano Peña.
Heading the Board of Judges that exciting evening was no less than our first Miss Universe in 1969, Gloria Diaz, along with Cosmo Manille’s society royale Tessa Prieto Valdez and top Negrense publicity expert Jojie Dingcong. (Photos courtesy by Em Legaspi-Ang)
