2 nabbed in buy-bust

BACOLOD City – Two persons were arrested in separate buy-bust operations in two cities in Negros Occidental on August 6.

In Sagay City, Eduard Magsucang, 28, of Barangay Vito was arrested at the said village after police seized from him three sachets of suspected shabu worth P1,500, and the P500 marked money.

In Victorias City, Mitchelle Sumaria, 38, of Barangay 1 was arrested at Barangay 13 after he allegedly yielded eight sachets of suspected shabu worth P5,000, an improvised tooter, the P400 marked money, and P150 cash.

Sumaria is a level-one high value target drug personality in the city, police records showed.
