2 killed, 3 injured in road mishaps

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Two persons died while three others were injured in two separate vehicular accidents in Pontevedra and Pres. Roxas towns.
According to police reports, Arnold Dordas, 21, of Brgy. Jolongajog Pontevedra, Capiz was on his way home evening of Dec. 23, 2021 on a motorcycle when he lost control of the bike at Binuntucan village in Pontevedra, Capiz.
Dordas’s head slammed on the concrete road and was taken to Bailan District Hospital where he was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician.
In Pres. Roxas town, Junwil Bertuldo also died in another road collision at Barangay Vizcaya Saturday afternoon.
Bertuldo was riding a motorcycle driven by Jerome Pastrana, 27, of Brgy. Bayuyan when they crashed with another motorcycle driven by Jocel Borres, 36.
Pastrana, Borres and the latter’s back rider Domingo Barredo, 46, also of Vizcaya were wounded in the crash.
