The three fishers are residents of Purok Masipag, Barangay Punta Taytay here.
Mansueto told Aksyon Radyo Bacolod that at around 9 p.m. Thursday, they dropped their nets to the sea and were having coffee on board their motorboat when the RORO ran over them.
He failed to identify the vessel that crushed their boat. He survived by clinging to the outriggers (katig) of their vessel.
