ATTENTION skateboarders!
Fret not as the 1st Mayor’s Cup skateboarding competition was only postponed to a later date subject to favorable weather.
Due to the non-stop rain, BUREAU, the main organization spearheading the event, decided to move the competition.
The safety of the skateboarders was the main consideration as the Iloilo Public Skatepark would be too slippery for the competition, even with light rain.
Due to the postponement of the event, those skateboarders who still want to participate will have their chance to join and showcase their talent.
The new date of the competition is yet to be announced.
