Police Lieutenant Colonel Joem Malong, PRO-6 spokesperson, said one of those who tested positive is a non-uniformed personnel from Pavia, Iloilo who is assigned to the Office of the Regional Director.
Because of this, Police Brigadier General Rene Pamuspusan, Western Visayas police director, is now on self-quarantine. He is expected to undergo swab test.

The third is a Police Commissioned Officer with the rank of Police Captain from Iloilo City and assigned to the Regional Comptrollership Division.
Malong said PRO-6 already coordinated with the local government units of Pavia, Banate and Iloilo City.
“Our COVID-19 positive personnel were already transferred to LGU quarantine/isolation facilities,” she said.
Meanwhile, all personnel working in the offices of those who were found positive are now being quarantined in their respective quarters and quarantine facility inside the camp and will all be subjected to swab testing this afternoon.
Disinfection of all camp facilities was also made in coordination with the Iloilo City Health Office.
The Regional Health Service reiterated to all PNP personnel to strictly follow the protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in their workplace.
