The victims were identified as motorcycle driver Nataniel Conde, 18, and his cousin Alvin Bendoy, 19, both residents of Barangay Bagtic, Silay City.

Police Captain Dan Oliver Salazar, deputy chief of Talisay City Police Station, said the victims came from the Dinagsa festival in Cadiz City, along with their other cousins, when they decided to drop by Barangay 12 in Talisay City.
