THE Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) organized the Governor Samuel T. Gumarin’s Cup under-18 3×3 basketball tournament in Guimaras.
49 teams from the men’s category and 12 from the distaff side graced the one-day tournament at the Saint Joseph School in San Miguel, Jordan Guimaras.
In the men’s category, Aflatoun C bagged the championship, while St. Joseph School Jordan placed second, and Sta. Teresa National High School landed in third place.
Liane’s Angels dominated to grab the plum in the women’s category, while Sta. Teresa National High School and Jordan National High School placed second and third, respectively.
The event was organized by the Provincial Government of Guimaras, Governor Samuel T. Gumarin, City Mall Parola, Sinagoura Beach Resort, St. Joseph School Jordan, and Ms. Julie Rose Habaña Palomo.
