Richmonde Hotel Iloilo’s F.A.B.

This past week marked the fourth anniversary of Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and boy, did they pull out all the stops for this one! The food was top-notch. The pool area was decked out. The crowd was dashing – the shoes and the makeup and the clothes – everybody looked sharp.

The Granary introduced a brand-spanking new menu by Sous Chef Jeffrey Ticao with collaborations from executive chefs Cesar Literal and Vic Barangan.

Ken Alonso also introduced the new cocktails available at the Zabana Bar. The drinks, with Zabana Rhum as their base, had names that evoke images of a tropical island paradise. Ligaya, Elena, and La Trinidad – all made to embody the beauty of the Filipina and the taste of purity.

As Hotel Manager Natalie Lim talked about the 4 years of Richmonde, it quickly dawned on us how Richmonde has truly become part of Iloilo. It’s only been 4 years, but we can’t imagine an Iloilo without Richmonde.

Like us, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo is homegrown, and we’re happy to be proudly Ilonggo!

CHEERS!

Here’s to more years!
