Leading the awardees was no less than popular pulmonologist Dr. Rollin Tabuena, former NYC Commissioner JP Peñol, President Roxas Municipal Mayor Receliste Escolin, PSTMO Chief Jeck Conlu, Bureau of Customs District collector Ciriaco Ducky Ugay, philantropist and retired U.S.-based nurse Arlene Martin, ILECO III General Manager Consorcia Penaranda, Antique Assistant District Engr Betsy Uy, famed fashion designer Ram Silva, Jonathan Cabrera of MORE Power, Former PCSO Manager Jenette Lloyd.
Iloilo 2nd Engineering Assistant Director Edna May Canete, businesswoman Putli Fuerte failed to attend the event due to prior commitments.
Welcoming the awardees was the irrepressible Boy Dyords Lopera along with the award presenter and cable TV newscaster Tonnete Toledo.
