KAYA FC-Iloilo will look to avenge their heartbreaking defeat against rival Ceres-Negros FC when they clash on the pitch on Aug. 3 in the Philippines Football League.
Kaya will try to extend their 2-game winning streak after dismantling Mendiola FC and Stallion Laguna FC in their last two matches.
Kaya tallied one goal against Stallion then scored 5 impressive goals against Mendiola.
The squad is also looking to neutralize Ceres’ Stephan Shrock as he provided the two sweet passes that yielded two goals for Ceres’ win over Iloilo last July 10.
The match on Saturday will also break the deadlock inthe top spot where both teams are currently tied with 22 points each.
After Saturday, both teams will play two more games in the season.
