PDEA dismantles ‘drug den’, seizes P88-K worth of ‘shabu’

BACOLOD City – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Negros Occidental arrested three persons and seized 13 grams of suspected shabu worth P88,400 after dismantling an alleged drug den in Barangay 19 here last Thursday

Agent Bamboo of PDEA-Negros Occidental identified the subject as Dionesio Dingcong Oleta alias “Nonoy.”

He said that a series of surveillance operations were conducted until they were able to proceed with the high-impact operation, considering that Oleta was an alleged drug den maintainer.

Two others were also caught allegedly holding a pot session inside Oleta’s house during the buy-bust operation, according to Agent Bamboo.

Agent Bamboo said that Oleta was previously arrested for a drug offense.

He said that drug charges are being readied against the three suspects.
