BACOLOD CITY – Twenty-two persons were arrested while P401,100 worth of illegal drugs was seized here and in Negros Occidental province from April 2 to 10, 2022.
Six persons were apprehended here, while 16 others were arrested in the province.
In Bacolod, P142,600 worth of suspected shabu and P840 worth of suspected marijuana was confiscated in Barangays 8, 19, and Singcang-Airport.
The anti-illegal drug operations here were conducted by Police Stations 2, 5, and 8, and the City Drug Enforcement Unit.
In the province, P257,660 worth of suspected shabu was seized in the cities of Sipalay, Silay, Bago, Kabankalan, Sagay, Cadiz, Talisay, Victorias, and Himamaylan, and the town of E.B. Magalona.
