BACOLOD City – The National Housing Authority (NHA) here is inviting interested government employees and Overseas Filipino Workers who would like to avail of their house and lot package project.
Acting district manager Liezl Muquit said the NHA and Building a Legacy for the Advancement and Integrity (BALAI) Filipino offer a two-story duplex type house in Masskara Village at Brgy. Sum-ag and at Vista Alegre Homes in Brgy. Dos Hermanas in Talisay City.
The two-story duplex type house can be owned at P5, 000 monthly for the first five years, she said.
The housing project is exclusively offered to regular government employees, members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines including the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology and the Bureau of Fire Protection.
Qualifications include no outstanding account with the NHA if they are already an awardee, not more than 65 years old at the time of application and not more than 70 years old at the time of the maturity of the housing loan.
To apply, the application form can be downloaded from the NHA Government Employees Housing Program (GEHP) website and submit duly accomplished and notarized forms and other documentary requirements to the NHA office at Brgy. Pahanocoy, Bacolod City.
The mode of payment is possible through NHA in-house financing (MTO PAG-IBIG) or cash sale.
