BACOLOD City – A man died after he figured in a motorcycle accident at Hacienda Asuncion, Barangay Concepcion, Talisay City, Negros Occidental last Sunday.
Killed in the accident was Ricky Jundos, 46, of Barangay Cabatangan.
Police Lieutenant Marion Vincent Buenaflor, deputy police chief of Talisay City Police Station, said the victim reportedly overtook a Ford Everest and lost control of his motorcycle.
As a result, the victim fell to the ground and hit his head on the pavement, Buenaflor said, adding that the victim was not wearing his helmet.
Buenaflor said the victim was declared dead on arrival at a hospital.
