Boys with diverse backgrounds came together to represent Five Triple 0 (Iloilo) in the hip-hop scene.

Representing team Fifty-hundred (5000), the Iloilo-based hip-hop crew aims nothing but to create unique music to satisfy the listeners’ ears.

The crew was formed way back in 2015 with the hopes of changing the stereotype of the Ilonggo hip-hop scene through their music.

Currently, the crew is represented by Creem, Acid, Ian DLP, Smurf Wun, Sarkin, Skwalamane, Arma, DeBug, Famatay, and KKRT$.

Coming from different parts of Western Visayas, the crew had a common ground that held them together, the hip-hop music.

The different personalities each individual have meshed well together once the beat surrounds everybody, starting to write rhymes and spit in different signature flows in countless hours just enjoying under music.

Two years ago, the crew uploaded their first collective mixtape entitled All Souls I mixtape in Soundcloud and Bandcamp then the progress didn’t end when the crew decided to make All Souls II and this year, their Souls 3 mixtape.

Hip hop enthusiasts will flock to Mach 1 Café Carwash+Coffee located at Brgy. Tabuc Suba, Jaro, Iloilo City in front of Bethany Life Center Academy starting 6 PM on February 29 for the mixtape launching.

Local and international talents will grace the launching with performances from HQ Music, Paradoxx, Babelfishh, Aklas, KK Gang, and Judah Ism.

There are also DJ Sets performances by Droid, DeBUG x Spaaawn, Langbay Ji x Cornyholio, 426, Utod Skratch, and Little Kid.

Also, Live Art performances from Three and Hunter will take full participation in the event.

The event would not be possible without Bureau, PLHBG Reprezent, Roger Dadivas and Mach 1 Café, and the supporters of the Iloilo hip-hop scene.
