WITH Valve revealing its initial prize pool at US$25,532,177, it did not take weeks to ramp it up to US$30 million, making it the largest prize in the history of e-sports.

The prize pool still has a chance to go up, according to Valve.

DOTA 2 teams all over the world are excited and can’t wait until The International 9 (Ti9) kicks off on August 20, 2019.

TnC Pro team, the team that will represent the Philippines, is now doubling up their efforts in their boot camp with the goal of claiming the title.

Tagged as “the dark horse” of Ti9, TnC first shocked the Dota 2 world as they kicked out former Ti7 champions team OG in the first stage of the tournament.
