THE College of Saint Benilde women’s volleyball squad continues to roll in the 2019 UNIGAMES as they smashed their NCAA rivals Arellano University in straight sets, 25-9, 25-19, 25-16.

CSB got the better of AU in almost all aspects of the game as they set up tons of defensive counters that proved to be efficient in quelling AU’s offensive artillery.

The height and patience of CSB were evident in the match as they timed their blocks properly to tally 6 clean blocks in the first set.

AU began to climb back in the second set. Using long rallies to their advantage, AU was able to get and snatch some scores out of beautiful drops from their blockers.

CSB then rolled and continued to get hot as they never lost their rhythm both in offense and defense, making it a disappointing outing for the AU squad.
