Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ leading airline, reports that 95% of its flying pilots and cabin crew are now vaccinated, and is on track to completing its employee inoculation by October this year.
On August 26, CEB administered the second dose of COVID-19 vaccines for some employees through its own employee vaccination program, COVID Protect. The second doses for the remaining employees are expected to be administered in September.
To date, 93% of CEB’s total workforce have been inoculated.
The COVID Protect program is part of the Gokongwei Group’s initiative for all its business units. Through this, CEB employees receive free inoculation for themselves and their dependents, as well as its third-party workers.
CEB has also been actively coordinating with various local government units to boost the progress of vaccination for its workforce.

CEB has achieved a 7-star safety rating from airlineratings.com for its COVID-19 compliance. It continues to implement a multi-layered approach to safety as it endeavors to restore the public’s trust in air travel.
CEB is also the official airline partner of the Ingat-Angat, a private-sector led campaign that promotes safety measures and vaccination to help foster a nationwide economic recovery. To date, it has transported over 16.5 million vaccine doses from abroad to the Philippines, on top of over eight (8) million doses flown to 24 provinces across the country.
CEB operates the widest domestic network in the Philippines covering 31 destinations, on top of its eight (8) international destinations. Its 74-strong fleet, one of the youngest in the world, includes two (2) dedicated ATR freighters and one (1) A330 freighter.
