With all the social media hype going on, including state to state workouts with other trainers, Carmelo Anthony remains a free agent.

The still team-less Anthony vowed to put in the work and get back to top form.

In an interview with Stephen A. Smith, Anthony voiced out all his frustrations and took to national television his sentiments.

“I know I can still play. There are 30 teams in the NBA, and you tell me I can’t make a single roster? And what’s worse is that some teams tell me I can’t make their 6 to 10 men roster and put me as the third-string?”

Former NBA scoring champion and a former franchise player of the Denver Nuggets, Anthony was waived after 10 games with the Houston Rockets.

Known for his scoring, Anthony was a threat from almost anywhere on the court.

After his departure from the Rockets, Anthony stated that he would use that as an inspiration to train harder to make it to the NBA again.

“Houston told me that they were not re-signing me the day before we’re facing my former team OKC. They said that they no longer needed my services and that I won’t have to suit up for our game tomorrow,” Anthony said.
