Members of Barangay Ginebra San Miguel reunited amid the COVID-19 pandemic to help those in need.

Head tactician Tim Cone and star veteran Mark Caguioa together with the team, went to San Miguel Corporation’s head office in Ortigas to help pack N95 masks which will be handed out to 16 hospitals.

As part of SMC’s relief operations to help the country’s frontliners, the Ginebra squad helped out in the packing of the locally manufactured masks with over 10,000 in count.

Despite not going back to the PBA hardwood for almost two months now, the Ginebra squad is still doing their individual training and coach Cone is making sure that each of his players is maintaining their shape for the season.

Coaches Richard Del Rosario, Olsen Racela, Raymond Rodriguez, and Freddie Abuda, players LA Tenorio, Scottie Thompson, Japeth Aguilar, Aljon Mariano, Prince Caperal, Jared Dilinger, Joe Devance, Jeff Chan, Art Dela Cruz, Jerrick Balanza, Kent Salado, Arvin Tolentino, and Raymond Aguilar joined Caguioa and coach Cone.

“We stay committed to helping ease the strain on our medical system and protecting our medical health workers,” SMC president Ramon S. Ang said.
