Dr. George Cortel, FCU president, said he was saddened by the incident because it caused alarm and panic among the students and teachers. But he assured that it will never be happened again.

Dr. Jorgen Gregorio, one of the faculty members of the school, clarified that it was first announced in the morning that classes will be suspended because they will disinfect the school premises due to the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19).

But it was disturbed when text messages about the bomb threat spread.
