One of the best esports organizations in the Philippines just announced that they will be entering the realms of the Dota 2 scene after dominating Mobile Legends: Bang Bang for such a long time.

Blacklist International, the strongest MLBB team in the county right now after winning several MPL and International titles, revealed that they’re ready to replicate their greatness in Dota 2 and is targeting the next Southeast Asian circuit tournaments to earn some points.

Tier ONE CEO Tryke Guttierez announced the recent development and picked an all-Filipino lineup for their debut on the international stage.

Leading the pack of Blacklist’s magic five is Carlo “Kuku” Palad, one of the most experienced veterans in the country after shocking the world as a mid-player for the TNC squad that pulled off an upset against former TI champions OG five years ago.

Kuku, after years of playing in the mid-lane, decided to switch roles and is a current offlane player who last rendered his services for SEA team T1.

Completing the Blacklist Dota 2 cast are his former TNC teammates Timothy “Tims” Randrup, Nico “Eyyou” Barcelon, Polo “Raven” Fausto, and Karl “Karl” Baldovino.

Aside from Kuku, these professional Dota 2 players also earned vast experience playing on the international scene and played for different teams after their first squad disbanded.

Tims, Eyyou, and Raven jumped from team to team in the SEA region while Karl last played with Kuku in T1.

Blacklist first hinted at their desire to explore Dota 2 after grabbing RSG’s slot in the upcoming Dota Pro Circuit Southeast Asia.
