BACOLOD City – The Burgos Public Cemetery in Bacolod City has begun preparations for the thousands of visitors who are expected to flock to observe All Souls’ Day and Saints’ Days on Friday and Saturday.

The staff of the City Legal Office also started their inspections and it was agreed that the vendors inside the cemetery will have to move out.
