COSMO Iloilo’s casual fine dining scene has gotten more exciting with the latest special Spanish cuisines dinner buffet of the upscale The Mansion Hotel.

Dubbed as BRAVO ESPAÑA, The Mansion’s great patronage (diners who know good food) surely enjoyed the sumptuous Spanish dishes and exciting variants specially prepared by no less than Sous Chef Iveeksonard Martin.

From Spanish Tomato Soup as starters, along with heavy variant selections of the savory Pisto, Spanish Sausage and bean casserole, the callos, Beef salpicao, Panceta Cerdaohumada, Paella valenciana. While on the lighter side were Chequetas, Tortilla Espanola, Enselada Tibia Chorizo and Pinchos Barcelona.

A fitting sweet ending to this great meal were desserts Tarta de Santiago, Chocolate cake and fresh fruits on the side.

Complimented with fine wines, our delicious evening surely put a strong exclamation point to an awesome culinary journey, BRAVO ESPANA!
